Evolve Bank & Trust's Becky Bowers Named to Memphis Business Journal's Women Who Lead
Evolve Bank & Trust announced that Community Bank President, Becky Bowers, has been named to the Memphis Business Journal's 2024 "Women Who Lead" list. This marks the second consecutive year that an Evolve leader has received this accolade.
With 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Bowers leads the Memphis market and champions social change, particularly for women. In 2022, she founded "Women. Evolved.", an internal organization that empowers women at Evolve Bank & Trust.
"I am deeply honored to be recognized by the MBJ. This accolade not only reflects my personal commitment to leadership but also underscores our collective efforts at Evolve to foster a culture of excellence and community engagement," Bowers stated.
Scott Stafford, President and CEO of Evolve Bank & Trust, commended Bowers' leadership, emphasizing her strategic vision and dedication to clients and the community. He noted her recognition by MBJ as a testament to her exceptional ability to inspire and drive change.
Bowers is the second Evolve leader to be honored on the "Women Who Lead" list, following Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, Robin Bedsole, in 2023.
