Exail Technologies: Declaration of repurchase of own shares

As part of the share buyback program authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders, Exail Technologies carried out several transactions on its shares during the period from June 25 to 28, 2024. The detailed transactions are as follows:

On June 25, 2024, 1,151 shares were repurchased at an average price of 15.9358 euros. On June 26, 2024, 4,213 shares were acquired at an average of 15.9377 euros. On June 27, 2024, 4,526 shares were repurchased at an average price of 17.2567 euros. Finally, on June 28, 2024, 5,064 shares were acquired for an average price of 17.4605 euros.
