Exail Technologies unveils its share capital figures before the Ordinary General Meeting

Exail Technologies, previously named Groupe Gorgé, reported, on May 10, 2024, the count of its voting rights and shares to prepare its Ordinary General Meeting of June 18, 2024. In accordance with article R.225-73-1 of Commercial Code, the company reports having a total of 17,424,747 shares making up the capital.

The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 24,995,477, while the exercisable voting rights are 24,582,554. The latter are calculated by deducting the 412,923 treasury shares, not participating in votes.
