Exasol Launches a New AI Tool Suite to Boost Enterprise Data Analysis

Exasol, a provider of high-performance analytical databases, has announced the launch of Espresso AI, a new suite of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, at TDWI Transform 2024 on February 21, 2024. These tools are designed to enable companies to approach data analysis in a faster, more cost-effective, and flexible manner. With Espresso AI, data teams can better address critical business needs such as demand forecasting, fraud detection, and predicting customer churn.

Espresso AI combines AI and business intelligence (BI) to enhance BI reports with predictive machine learning (ML) models. This tool suite allows for optimization of data extraction, loading, and transformation processes, providing users the ability to experiment with new technologies at scale, regardless of infrastructure constraints.

New features of Espresso AI include the integration of evoML, an Exasol AI Lab container solution to accelerate the creation and deployment of AI models, and the integration of Veezoo which enables interactive data exploration through natural language. These integrations aim to simplify data preparation steps to speed up the implementation of AI and ML solutions while maintaining data quality and reliability.
