Exasol Publishes Half-Year Report Confirming Preliminary Figures
Exasol AG has published its half-year report for 2024, confirming previously announced figures. Annualized recurring revenue (ARR) increased by 11.8% year-over-year to EUR 39.7 million. Group revenue rose by 9.3% to EUR 19.4 million in the first half of 2024. The operating result improved significantly, with EBITDA reaching EUR 0.7 million, compared to EUR -3.4 million in H1 2023.
Cash and cash equivalents rose to EUR 19.7 million as of June 30, 2024, up from EUR 13.3 million at the end of 2023. The company reported a temporary ARR decrease of EUR -1.1 million in the first half of 2024 due to the loss of a major customer in the EMEA region. However, Exasol expects ARR to grow again in the second half of the year.
The outlook for 2024 remains positive. Exasol anticipates ARR to increase by up to 10% year-on-year by the end of 2024. Consolidated revenue is also expected to rise by 10-15%, with a positive operating result. Cash and cash equivalents are projected to remain stable at over EUR 10 million.
