Exclusive Networks Strengthens US Presence with Acquisition of Cloudrise

Exclusive Networks, a leading cybersecurity company, announced the acquisition of 100% of Cloudrise, a security services company. This transaction supports Exclusive Networks’ strategy to strengthen its service capabilities, leveraging Cloudrise’s expertise in high-growth areas such as SASE and DSPM.

Colorado-based Cloudrise will continue to operate under its own brand, while leveraging Exclusive Networks' global resources. The merger is seen by executives at both companies as an opportunity to expand service offerings to a broader audience, particularly in the United States.

Jesper Trolle, CEO of Exclusive Networks, underlines the importance of this alliance, which has been envisaged since their first collaboration in 2022. Rob Eggebrecht, CEO of Cloudrise, sees in this integration an opportunity to democratize cybersecurity solutions thanks to the innovative approach of the two companies.
