Executive Board Changes at GRAMMER AG

GRAMMER AG announced changes to its Executive Board. CFO Jurate Keblyte will depart on March 31, 2025. She joined the board on August 1, 2019. The Supervisory Board respects her decision and appreciates her contributions. Thomas Strobl will succeed her starting April 1, 2025, for a one-year term.
Jens Öhlenschläger, Executive Board Spokesman, acknowledged Keblyte's efforts through industry challenges. Keblyte expressed gratitude for the collaboration and confidence in Strobl's appointment.
Strobl, with extensive finance experience, served as interim CFO for the EMEA region since January 2024. He played a pivotal role in the efficiency-enhancing TOP10 program. Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Martin Kleinschmitt supports Strobl's addition, anticipating continuity and successful economic strategies.
