Exosens Reports Robust Q1 2025 Revenue Growth Driven by Defense Demand

Exosens recorded a 21.1% revenue increase in Q1 2025, reaching €104.9 million. This growth was bolstered by a 29.1% rise in amplification revenue, largely due to heightened demand for image intensifier tubes in defense applications from NATO and key allies. Despite a 1.0% downturn in Detection & Imaging revenues, excluding Telops' impact, the segment showed a 16% growth.

The amplification sector's strong performance also contributed to a 28.1% surge in adjusted gross margin, achieving €52.6 million. The company's strategic position as a supplier for NATO's night vision systems provided notable business opportunities, especially in Europe.

Exosens completed the acquisition of Noxant, enhancing their capabilities in cooled infrared imaging in the defense and surveillance sectors. The company remains on track to meet its 2025 guidance, anticipating continued revenue and EBITDA growth.
