Exosens to Acquire Night Vision Specialist NVLS

Exosens, a company specializing in critical amplification, detection, and imaging technology, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire NVLS (Night Vision Laser Spain), a specialist in night vision equipment. This strategic acquisition aims to expand Exosens' optical and mechanical expertise.

NVLS, based in Spain with 63 employees, excels in man-portable night vision equipment, providing innovative solutions for the Spanish Armed Forces, Customs Police, and Guardia Civil. This acquisition will facilitate NVLS's growth in Spain, Latin America, and Asia, enhancing night vision offerings for the Armed Forces.

CEO Jérôme Cerisier emphasized the deal's potential to bolster Exosens' innovation capabilities. NVLS will continue to leverage Photonis image intensifier tubes, ensuring quality and reliability. The transaction awaits customary approvals and is expected to conclude soon.
