Extension of the creditors' voting period on the AST GROUPE safeguard plan

AST GROUPE filed its draft safeguard plan with the Commercial Court on June 19, 2024. Initially, the creditors were to vote on this plan on July 5, 2024. The Commercial Court decided to extend the voting period until July 12, 2024 to allow all creditors to organize themselves.

Consequently, the hearing examining the plan by the Commercial Court is postponed until July 23, 2024. This delay does not impact the current procedure nor the observation period, which will end on August 17, 2024.

This accelerated safeguard procedure only concerns AST Groupe's financial institutions and other specific creditors. Customers, suppliers and craftsmen are not affected.
