Extraordinary general meeting of MND on June 28, 2024
The shareholders of MND (Euronext Growth – FR00140050Q2 – ALMND) are convened for an extraordinary general meeting on June 28, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., at the Company's head office located at Alpespace business park, 74 avenue Magellan, 73800 Sainte-Hélène-du-Lac .
The meeting will focus on the proposal to modify the opening and closing dates of the financial year to set them on January 1 and December 31 of each year. Currently, these dates are June 1 and June 30.
If the resolution is approved, the 2023/2024 financial year will have an exceptional duration of 18 months, ending on December 31, 2024. This modification aims to align MND's financial year with the seasonality of its activities.
