FairCap GmbH announces the acquisition of Electro System Srl from NOVOMATIC Group

On February 23, 2024, FairCap entered into an agreement to acquire Electro System Srl from NOVOMATIC Italia SpA, a subsidiary of NOVOMATIC AG Group. Based in Imola, Italy, since the 1970s, Electro System specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of electronic boards and industrial cables for various sectors, such as automation and medical. The company, which maintains long-term relationships with prestigious clients mainly in Italy, is expected to finalize the transaction in the first quarter of 2024. Electro System will continue its collaboration with NOVOMATIC Group for current and future business opportunities.
