Threshold crossed by Hella family shareholders at FORVIA
On July 17, 2025, Forvia announced that a concert of Hella family investors had crossed the threshold of 15% of voting rights. This was achieved on July 14, 2025, through the granting of double voting rights, without the need for financing. Hella thus holds 8.82% of the capital and 15.01% of the voting rights in the company.
In a letter to the AMF, Hella clarified its intentions. The group has no plans to take control of FORVIA or increase its current stake. The members of the concert may adjust their shareholdings depending on market conditions. They have no intention of seeking further appointments to the board of directors, having already proposed one member.
