Favorable decision on appeal for CRCAM Atlantique Vendée

The regional bank of Crédit Agricole Mutuel Atlantique Vendée announced that it welcomed the judgment rendered on June 27, 2024 by the Amiens Court of Appeal. This judgment concerns a dispute initiated by CCI holders who demanded the redemption of their securities.

The Court of Appeal confirmed the initial verdict of the Amiens judicial court pronounced on April 21, 2021. The 2021 decision had rejected all the claims of the CCI holders.

CCI holders always have the possibility of appealing to the Court of Cassation. Seven regional banks are affected by this dispute, including Brie-Picardie, Atlantique Vendée, Ille-et-Vilaine, Languedoc, Nord de France, Morbihan and Sud Rhône Alpes.
