FSDV sets up new governance
On September 30, 2025, FSDV adopted a new governance structure. At the general meeting, shareholders voted to establish a Board of Directors, replacing the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. Louis RAME becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Xavier BOUTON is appointed Vice Chairman. Nicolas RAME now serves as Chief Executive Officer.
This reorganization is part of a process to comply with the Middlenext Governance Code for SMEs. As a result, the new board includes two independent directors. This development follows the code's recommendations, affirming the company's commitment to good governance practices.
