FBR Ltd Completes First Home in US Demonstration Program

FBR Limited (ASX:FBR)(OTCQB:FBRKF) has announced the completion of the first home built using its Hadrian X® robot in its US Demonstration Program with CRH Ventures. This marks the first international build outside Australia for Hadrian X®.

The walls were completed and certified compliant with local building codes. The build was done in collaboration with Florida builder New Century USA. FBR will construct walls for four more homes for New Century USA and two homes for Christopher Alan Homes in the program.

The program aims to showcase the versatility of Hadrian X® across various builders. Upon completing the walls for seven homes, plus up to three additional homes, FBR will receive a $400,000 payment. CRH Ventures will then have a 45-day option to form a joint venture for Wall as a Service® in the US.
