FDE buys back shares through its share buyback program
La Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announces that it has repurchased 4,856 of its own shares between August 19 and 23, 2024. This operation is part of the share repurchase program defined by the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2023.
The transaction was completed without affecting the company's financial capacity, thanks to the available cash. FDE now holds 3.50% of its capital, excluding treasury shares under the liquidity contract.
FDE's objectives for 2030 remain ambitious: an annual turnover of 175 million euros, a gross operating surplus of 85 million euros and a reduction of more than 20 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year.
