FDE buys back shares through its share buyback program
On August 13, 2024, FDE (La Française de l'Énergie) announced that it had repurchased 1,919 of its shares between August 5 and 9, 2024. The transaction is part of the share repurchase program voted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2023.
At the end of this transaction, FDE holds 3.35% of its capital, excluding shares in the liquidity contract. The repurchase was financed entirely by available cash. The group's financial capacity remains intact to pursue its growth projects.
By 2030, FDE is aiming for an annual turnover of more than 175 million euros, a gross operating surplus of 85 million euros and the avoidance of more than 20 million tonnes of CO2eq per year.
