FDE now holds 3.31% of its own shares through its share buyback program
The French Energy Company (FDE) announces that it has repurchased, from July 1 to 5, 2024, a total of 18,681 shares. At the end of this operation, FDE holds 3.31% of its capital.
FDE's share buyback program will continue at the end of July, after the end of the negative window period. The transaction was entirely financed from available cash, without affecting the group's financial capacity.
FDE continues to focus on its organic and external growth projects. The objectives for 2030 are ambitious: an annual turnover of more than 175 million euros and a gross operating surplus of 85 million euros, as well as the avoidance of more than 20 million tons of emissions of CO2eq per year.
