FDE repurchases shares through its share repurchase program
On June 13, 2024, Société Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announced that it had repurchased 12,622 of its shares between June 3 and 7, 2024. This operation is part of the share repurchase program adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 30, 2023.
The distribution of purchases is as follows: 7,194 shares at €38.23 on June 3, 886 shares at €36.75 on June 4, 490 shares at €36.54 on June 5, 1,010 shares at €36.35 on June 6 and 3,042 shares at €36.7 on June 7.
Following this operation, FDE holds 2.68% of its capital in own shares. This transaction was financed by available cash and does not affect the financial capacity of the group, which is continuing its growth projects.
FDE's 2030 objectives include an annual turnover of more than 175 million euros and a gross operating surplus of 85 million euros, while avoiding 20 million tonnes of CO2eq emissions per year.
