FDE repurchases shares through its share repurchase program

Société Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announces the repurchase of 8,751 of its shares between May 27 and 31, 2024. This initiative is part of the share repurchase program approved at the General Meeting of shareholders of November 30, 2023.

The transactions were spread over several days with purchases ranging from 355 to 2,760 shares per day at a weighted average price varying between 38,333 and 39,345 euros per share. On the date of the transaction, FDE held 2.44% of its capital excluding its own shares.

This share buyback was entirely financed by the company's available cash, not affecting its financial capacity. FDE remains focused on its organic and external growth projects.

FDE's targets for 2030 include an annual turnover of more than 175 million euros and a gross operating surplus of 85 million euros, with a reduction of more than 20 million tonnes of CO2eq per year.
