Fermentalg: General meeting on September 17, 2024

Libourne, July 31, 2024 - Fermentalg (Euronext Growth / ALGAE) invites its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on September 17, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the company's headquarters. Shareholders will have to vote on the appointment of Huvepharma, represented by Anguel Jeliazkov Ivanov, as director. This decision extends the partnership between Fermentalg and Huvepharma.

The industrial alliance, which began at the end of 2023, enabled successful fermentations in spring 2024. Production will begin this summer, meeting the needs of major customers seeking sovereign, competitive and sustainable supplies, particularly for infant food.

Financially, Huvepharma became the reference shareholder of Fermentalg by investing 7.5 million euros during the capital increase on June 18, which raised 12.8 million euros in total.
