FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE 2024 Annual Results

FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE presents slightly lower financial results for the 2023/2024 financial year, with consolidated revenue of 86.5 million euros compared to 87 million the previous year. This decrease is explained by the decline in the Service Providers business, affected by the wait-and-see attitude on real estate investments. On the other hand, the Property Investment business grew, partly thanks to an increase in rents and new deliveries.

Current operating income stood at €38.3 million, with a stable margin rate of 44%. Net income attributable to the Group increased slightly, reaching €32.5 million. The group also strengthened its financial structure by reducing debt and benefiting from lower interest rates.

FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE's outlook is optimistic despite a tight real estate market, with real estate projects under development, including the reconstruction of the Lotus in Courbevoie. The group is also considering arbitrage transactions to optimize its asset portfolio.
