FIGEAC AÉRO: Update on voting rights and share capital

FIGEAC AÉRO has published regulatory information concerning the distribution of its share capital as of August 31, 2024. This communication complies with Articles 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF Regulations.

As at that date, the Company's share capital comprised 41,393,044 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 74,127,567, while the number of exercisable voting rights amounted to 73,676,456.
