Figures on Pernod Ricard voting rights and capital

Pernod Ricard has communicated on the situation of its capital and voting rights, in accordance with Articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The company updates this information following previous changes. As of December 23, 2024, the total number of shares outstanding amounts to 252,269,195.

Voting rights, for their part, are divided into two levels: 302,187,782 voting rights excluding suspended rights, and 302,799,565 voting rights when suspended rights are included. This basis is used for the declaration of shareholder threshold crossings.
