Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its ETC Securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The latest tranche, numbered 579, includes 1,328,600 securities of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. These securities are based on the conditions established in the base prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and supplemented in March 2020.
The new issuance brings the aggregate number of securities to 51,322,455. The initial metal entitlement per security is set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting to 0.03971268 at the subscription trade date. The series issue date is May 23, 2019, with the current tranche issued on July 18, 2024.
The securities are set to mature on May 23, 2118. Authorized participants for the issuance include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and others. The total expense ratio stands at 0.12% annually.
Applications have been made for the listing and trading of these securities on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, and the London Stock Exchange. Estimated total net proceeds from this issuance are USD 128.9 million, with related expenses estimated at €3,000.
