Finalization of the sale of AgroGeneration shares to NOVAAGRO

On July 25, 2023, Konkur Investments Limited formalized a conditional agreement to sell its 126,084,106 shares, representing 56.90% of the capital of AgroGeneration, to NOVAAGRO, a Ukrainian player in the agro-industrial sector. This transaction required the approval of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee and adequate financing from the buyer.

In December 2023, NOVAAGRO UKRAINE LLC received approval from the Antimonopoly Committee for the acquisition. In addition, financial obligations to Konkur were fulfilled before the conflict in Ukraine began. An additional agreement was signed on September 30, 2024, facilitating the repayment of the debt in Ukrainian hryvnias.
