Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List

On November 13, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. Among the notable inclusions are multiple offerings by Invesco Physical Markets PLC, including secured silver-linked and gold-linked certificates set to mature in 2100. iShares Physical Metals plc introduced new silver and gold Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) as well.

The list also features significant debt securities from the International Finance Corporation and the United Kingdom, with substantial note issuances and index-linked treasury gilts. Jordan's Hashemite Kingdom and Smiths Group Plc are among other entities contributing to the list with notable notes and securities issuances.

Securitised derivatives from HSBC Bank PLC and Barclays Bank PLC were also included, in addition to various digital asset products from issuers like 21Shares and CoinShares, highlighting the increasing integration of digital securities in traditional financial markets.
