FireFox Gold Corp. Identifies New Targets at Mustajärvi Project

FireFox Gold Corp. has announced new targets at its Mustajärvi Project in Lapland, Finland. The company has identified the Triangle and Pikkulehto targets through trenching and geophysical analyses. The Triangle Target, situated northwest of significant prior findings, revealed gold mineralization with diamond saw cuts highlighting 1.83 g/t and 1.425 g/t over a meter. Despite challenges due to deeper overburden, alteration indicators suggest potential for further discovery.

The Pikkulehto Target, located 4 kilometers east of the main drilling site, shows promising geological features amid the Venejoki Shear Zone. Detailed ground magnetics indicates hydrothermal possibilities and structural complexity, similar to prior high-grade findings in the area. The glacial cover necessitates base-of-till sampling, a method that previously led to significant discoveries.

CEO Carl Lofberg emphasized the significance of these new targets in expanding the understanding and potential of the Mustajärvi Shear Zone, providing new prospects for exploration in 2025.
