FireFox Gold Unveils New Gold-Filled Lammas Zone in Finland

FireFox Gold Corp has announced the discovery of the Lammas Zone at its Mustajärvi Gold Project in Lapland, Finland. This high-grade gold-mineralized area is situated nearly a kilometer east of the main Mustajärvi Shear Zone. A significant drill hole, 26MJ032, revealed a gold-mineralized section measuring 21 meters with an average gold grade of 4.13 g/t at a depth of 114 meters, including a standout interval of 21.6 g/t over 1 meter. This area is among several new drill targets prioritized for resource growth in Mustajärvi.

The company has employed extensive drilling and geophysical surveys, identifying critical anomalies and new potential mineralized systems. The recently drilled holes indicate promising pyrite-tourmaline veining, although assays from two additional holes are pending. Despite the absence of visible gold so far, results are anticipated to enhance the understanding and expansion potential of the Mustajärvi Project.

The exploration strategy includes further drilling when conditions improve, with a focus on achieving an initial resource estimate by early 2027. This discovery bolsters FireFox's position within Finland's burgeoning gold exploration sector, highlighting the underexplored potential of the region.
