FLAiR Retail Centre in Fürth Reaches 95% Occupancy with New Tenants
The retail centre FLAiR in Fürth, Germany, welcomes three new international tenants: KFC, Smyths Toys, and TEDi. This development boosts the space utilisation of the shopping centre to 95%, enhancing its attractiveness for visitors. This announcement coincides with FLAiR's third anniversary.
From mid-October, KFC will operate on 250 square meters, while Smyths Toys will open in November, occupying over 1,300 square meters previously used by Hologate. TEDi, taking over the space from the organic supermarket Denns, will launch on 600 square meters.
Eva-Maria Zurek, CEO of P&P Group, emphasized the significance of these steps amidst a challenging economic climate. Velimir Filipović, General Manager of FLAiR, highlighted ongoing discussions for the remaining available spaces.
Fürth's Lord Mayor Dr. Thomas Jung and Horst Müller, Head of Economic Affairs, praised the collaborative effort between the city and P&P Group. The centre's average of 10,000 daily visitors reflects its growing importance to the region.
