As of July 31, 2024, Fleury Michon held 226,147 shares. During the month, the company purchased 6,141 shares for a total of €142,851.50, with unit prices ranging from €22.79 to €27.94. At the same time, 6,944 shares were sold for a total of €172,389.90, at unit prices ranging from €22.68 to €27.84.
No shares were cancelled or transferred during this period. These transactions were all carried out through CIC. The data shows a balance between purchases and sales, allowing the company to maintain a significant portion of its capital.
