Fleury Michon : Négociation exclusive pour la cession de Platos Tradicionales
Fleury Michon a annoncé le 24 mai 2024 l'entrée en négociation exclusive avec le Groupe Martinez. L'objectif est de vendre les parts détenues dans la joint-venture Platos Tradicionales.
Créée en 2006, Platos Tradicionales est spécialisée dans la fabrication et la distribution de plats cuisinés en Espagne. Depuis sa création, Fleury Michon collabore étroitement avec le Groupe Martinez.
Fondée en 1905, Fleury Michon est une entreprise familiale de taille intermédiaire, cotée sur Euronext Growth Paris.
