Fnac Darty acquires Unieuro shares
On December 3, 2024, Fnac Darty announced the acquisition of 208,108 ordinary shares of Unieuro SpA. The transaction, carried out as part of a voluntary mixed public tender offer, is structured by Fnac Darty SA and RUBY Equity Investment S.à rl
This acquisition, at an average price of 11.67 euros per share, is part of a process regulated by Italian Legislative Decree number 58. It is taking place on several markets, including Borsa Italiana and Aquis Exchange Europe, at prices varying slightly around this average amount.
The steps are aimed at complying with the mandatory purchase obligation defined by Italian regulations. Following this transaction, Fnac Darty and its partners hold approximately 93.20% of Unieuro's share capital, thus strengthening their strategic position.
