Focus Graphite Initiates Debt Settlement with Dontech Global

Focus Graphite Inc. has entered into a debt settlement agreement with Dontech Global Inc., led by Joseph Doninger, VP of Research and Development. Doninger will convert CAD$107,399.63 of services into shares, reflecting his confidence in Focus's Lac Knife Project. He regards Lac Knife's graphite as superior, aligning with the company's strategic vision and recent exemption from U.S. tariffs on Canadian natural flake graphite.

The agreement positions Focus Graphite to retain capital and continue developing its technologies. According to CEO Dean Hanisch, Doninger's decision underscores a belief in success-based compensation and positions Focus as a leader in high-purity graphite in North America.
