Focus Universal Inc. Announces Pricing of $1.2 Million Registered Direct Offering

Focus Universal Inc. (NASDAQ:FCUV), based in Ontario, CA, revealed the pricing of its $1.2 million registered direct offering. The company, known for its patented IoT and 5G solutions, entered an agreement with an institutional investor for the sale of 3,750,000 shares of common stock at $0.32 per share.

The gross proceeds are projected at around $1.2 million, with the transaction expected to close by September 17, 2024. Funds will partially support the launch of a new software platform under Lusher Inc.

Univest Securities is the placement agent, while Corporate Securities Legal LLP provides legal counsel. A Form S-3 registration statement was filed and approved by the SEC on November 16, 2021. The offering will only proceed via a prospectus, available on the SEC's website upon release.
