ATLAND completes acquisition of STAM Europe

ATLAND has completed the acquisition of STAM Europe, a real estate management and investment company founded in 1997. Previously owned by Corestate Capital Holding, STAM Europe becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATLAND Investment Management. This acquisition strengthens ATLAND's position in third-party asset management and expands its capabilities with institutional investors. STAM Europe manages approximately €1 billion in assets through STAM France Investment Managers, its AMF-approved entity. Following this acquisition, ATLAND has reached €6.5 billion in assets under management. Edward Bates is stepping down as Chairman of STAM Europe to pursue personal projects.
