ATLAND completes the acquisition of Keys REIM

ATLAND has completed the acquisition of the entire capital of Keys REIM from Keys & CO. This move is part of ATLAND's growth strategy and strengthens its role as a major player in real estate asset management in Europe. The transaction brings ATLAND's assets under management to over €5 billion.

Keys REIM expands ATLAND with a client base of more than 3,500 professional private investors. This acquisition also provides greater geographical coverage with a presence in six European countries, notably thanks to a presence in Luxembourg.

By integrating a team of twenty Keys REIM employees, ATLAND anticipates commercial and operational synergies. The acquisition also allows ATLAND to diversify its investment offerings and strengthen its expertise, particularly in the hospitality sector.
