ATLAND to acquire STAM Europe from Corestate Capital Holding

ATLAND has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of STAM Europe, held by Corestate Capital Holding. Founded in 1997, STAM Europe is active in real estate asset management, with nearly €1 billion in assets under management for institutional investors as of December 31, 2024.

This acquisition, subject to approval by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), represents a major milestone for ATLAND. The company demonstrates its commitment to expanding its expertise in asset management for institutional third parties, particularly in the logistics and long-term residential sectors.

ATLAND, already a listed global player, is strengthening its position in the real estate market with €4.6 billion under management. This transaction reflects ATLAND's ambition to position itself as a leader in key segments.
