Foncière Vindi postpones the publication of its annual accounts

On October 24, 2025, Foncière Vindi, a real estate company listed on Euronext Access Paris, announced the postponement of the availability of its annual accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. As a result, its annual general meeting will not be able to be held before November 30, 2025.

This postponement is due to the completion of certification work by the statutory auditor. Foncière Vindi is committed to publishing the full financial statements on its website before January 30, 2026. The company states that every effort is being made to meet this new deadline.
