Forbes Ranks Employee-Owned ACT in the Top 100 on America’s Best Employers for Women 2024
ACT (Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC) has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Employers for Women. The company secured the 87th position out of 600 companies. Forbes based its rankings on independent third-party research into the employee experience across numerous US employers.
ACT stands out as the highest-ranked BPO on the list and second overall in the Business Services and Supplies category. It is also one of the top employee-owned companies. The rankings result from an independent survey of over 150,000 women employed by companies with at least 1,000 employees.
Hunter Croft, ACT's President & CEO, expressed pride in the recognition, highlighting that 50% of the senior leadership team are women. He noted that the diversity within ACT strengthens the company and improves business outcomes. Adele Fransko, ACT’s Chief People Officer, emphasized the company's ongoing efforts to promote equity and opportunities for women.
The award criteria included work environment, pay equity, parental leave, and incident handling related to sexual misconduct and discrimination. Responses from current and former employees, as well as industry peers, played a significant role in the rankings.
