Johannes Huber Appointed as New CEO of Forbo Group
The Board of Directors at Forbo Holding Ltd has announced Johannes Huber as the new CEO of the Forbo Group, starting January 1, 2026. Huber succeeds Jens Fankhänel, who left the company for health reasons.
Huber currently leads the Diamond Systems Business Unit at Hilti AG. He brings extensive experience from Hilti AG, where he contributed significantly to growth and innovation. His background includes strategic roles at Boston Consulting Group and a foundation in civil engineering from Vienna University of Technology.
Andreas Jaeger, serving as CFO and interim CEO, will depart at the end of October 2025. Peter Germann will step in as interim CFO starting October 1, 2025. Germann's long career at EMS Group equips him with valuable financial expertise.
