Formation Metals Set for U.S. Market Expansion with OTCQB Uplisting

Formation Metals Inc. has received clearance from FINRA for its Form 211, enabling the company to trade shares on the U.S. OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol "FOMTF." This move aims to increase Formation's visibility and investor confidence by meeting rigorous U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission standards.

The uplisting supports Formation's strategy to enhance its position as a leader in the precious metals sector. It coincides with preparations for a 5,000-meter exploration drilling program at the N2 Gold Project in Quebec. The project holds a historic resource of 877,000 ounces of gold, and Formation anticipates substantial expansion potential.

CEO Deepak Varshney emphasizes that the uplisting will offer increased opportunities for visibility and engagement with U.S. investors. The maiden drilling program will focus on promising zones with historical intercepts, supporting Formation's long-term goal of uncovering a multi-million-ounce gold deposit.
