Forsee Power Announces Governance Changes
Paris, July 16, 2024 – Forsee Power has announced the appointment of three new independent Directors: Marie Cros, Florence Triou-Teixeira, and Aurélie Picart. Additionally, the ratification of Shinichi Ban as a director was confirmed following the resignation of Kosuke Nakajima due to a change of position within Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
The appointment of these new Directors was approved by the Board during the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2024. These changes aim to enhance the Board's expertise while maintaining a high proportion of independent directors, in line with the company's diversity policy.
Marie Cros brings her experience from Alstom and BDR Thermea France, while Aurélie Picart has a strong background from the Polytechnic School, the Corps des Mines, and various strategic roles in energy transition initiatives. Florence Triou-Teixeira has held significant positions at Rhône-Poulenc and Saint Gobain.
Shinichi Ban, with a master's degree in environmental science from the University of Tsukuba and 24 years at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., has joined as a director. He currently serves as general manager of the Battery Solutions department in Mitsui's Sustainability Impact division.
