Crossing of thresholds by Bpifrance Investment in FORSEE POWER
FORSEE POWER announced that Bpifrance Investissement has exceeded the thresholds of 15%, 20% and 25% of the capital and voting rights as of June 24, 2025. Through the subscription to a capital increase, Bpifrance now holds 28.51% of the capital and 26.39% of the voting rights, corresponding to 33,438,172 shares.
At the same time, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) indirectly holds 29.70% of the capital. This share results from management by Bpifrance and CDC Croissance.
Bpifrance's intentions include not acquiring new shares or taking control of FORSEE POWER. Furthermore, no request for appointment to the board of directors is envisaged.
CDC confirms that it has no direct stake and does not act in concert with other entities regarding FORSEE POWER.
