Forte Minerals Engages Stockworks Agency as Investor Relations Consultant to Enhance Communications

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 6, 2024 / Forte Minerals Corp. ("Forte" or the "Company") (CSE:CUAU)(OTCQB:FOMNF)(Frankfurt:2OA) has announced its strategic engagement with Stockworks Agency Inc. ("Stockworks") as an investor relations consultant, effective September 1, 2024. This engagement is in accordance with Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") policies.

Stockworks is known for its successful investor engagement strategies. The agency will collaborate with Forte Minerals Corp. to develop and implement communication strategies aimed at increasing awareness of Forte's projects. Glen Watson from Stockworks will work with Anna Dalaire, Forte's VP of Corporate Development, to align and maximize the impact of investor relations initiatives.

Stockworks will receive a monthly consulting fee of CAD $5,000, plus GST, under the agreement, which has an initial term of 12 months. Additionally, Stockworks will be granted 100,000 stock options, exercisable at the market price at the time of the grant, vesting over quarterly periods after a 90-day hold. The agreement also includes a 5% finder's fee on financing with new investors.
