FORTEC Elektronik AG Adjusts 2024/2025 Earnings Forecast

FORTEC Elektronik AG has revised its earnings forecast for the financial year 2024/2025. The company now anticipates a group EBIT between EUR 1.0 million and EUR 2.0 million, considerably lower than the previous forecast of EUR 4.0 million to EUR 6.0 million. The adjustment follows difficult economic conditions, including weak investment in Germany and tariff debates in the USA, impacting customer activities.

Despite achieving a turnover at the lower end of the forecast range, increased costs from volatile tariff policies and reduced project investments affected profitability. The Management Board has decided on the adjusted forecast given these challenges. Preliminary financial figures for 2024/2025 are expected by the end of August 2025.
