FORTEC Elektronik AG: Changes in Executive Management

FORTEC Elektronik AG has announced the termination of Sandra Maile's appointment as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. The decision was made by the company's Supervisory Board for cause. In addition, Ulrich Ermel has informed the Supervisory Board of his intention to step down from the Management Board no later than June 30, 2026. This development prompts a realignment of the company's executive management plans, aiming for a complete reconstitution of the Management Board by mid-next year. The Supervisory Board intends to conduct a structured selection process for new members of the Management Board.
