FORVIA: Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares for 2024
On August 5, 2024, Faurecia, trading under FORVIA on Euronext Paris, disclosed its total number of voting rights and shares forming the share capital. As of July 31, 2024, Faurecia listed a total of 197,089,340 shares. The theoretical total number of voting rights stood at 231,443,081.
The calculation is based on Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority. This includes all shares with attached voting rights, even those deprived of such rights.
Additionally, Faurecia’s bylaws require declarations for threshold crossings beyond the legal requirements. This reinforces transparency among shareholders.
