Fox E-Mobility AG Releases Audit Certificate for 2022 and H1 2023 Financial Reports
Fox E-mobility AG has announced the approval of its audited annual financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022. The audit, conducted by Dr. Kleeberg & Partner GmbH WpG StbG, concluded with an unqualified opinion. The Supervisory Board approved the reports on June 25, 2024.
The company also released its unaudited financial statements and management report for the first half of 2023, which were likewise approved by the Supervisory Board on the same date. Both reports are now available on the company's website and will be published in the German Bundesanzeiger shortly.
